What is your shipping Policy?

2020 Holiday Shipping Dates

**The following order cut off dates include production time. These dates are not guaranteed, complete Christmas orders early if at all possible

Domestic Orders: Friday, December 4 - Ground Delivery;  Tuesday, December 8 - 2-Day / 1-Day Delivery

International Orders: Wednesday, December 2 - International Standard (USPS);  Sunday, December 6 - International Express (UPS)

Increased Production Times Due to the COVID-19 pandemic:  My print fulfillment vendor is experiencing an increase in production times. Not only do the extra deep-cleaning and sanitizing measures take time away from their printing process, but they are also experiencing an incredibly high volume of orders.  Furthermore, if an employee gets infected, they must immediately quarantine which puts the fulfillment vendor in a tough position as they cannot just immediately fill or replace what that employee did. I appreciate your understanding in advance toward shipment delays - even more so during this holiday season of 2020.

FOR PRINTS Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

* Business Days are Mon. - Fri. With my print manufacture's favorable central location, 85% of the Lower 48 experiences shipping times of 3 business days.   

^My print store stocks some popular sizes, producing them much more quickly.  

For US territories outside of the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands), please expect a few extra business days for shipping.   

Note: Orders placed after 10AM EST will go into production the next business day. Please allow 1 additional day if your order placement, production date range or delivery date range falls on one of these holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

The shipping price is calculated based on weight coefficient of each item.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

I do my best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most print and original orders are processed, produced (if a print) and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.

Yes. Additional charges may apply. Items will be shipped USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

I will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. I may request to have the presentation / order returned to the print manufacturer or my studio address and would provide a return shipping label for either option. I do not provide a refund based on customer preference. I will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any print orders damaged in shipping. Originals will be discounted or refunded but not necessarily replaced if damaged in shipping - these will be handled on a case by case basis. For a refund or replacement, please contact [email protected]. There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND? 

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
